1) Pricing & Booking

How much does catering cost?
Packages start at $3,000 and scale based on guest count, travel, and service time. Share your event details, and we’ll send a personalized proposal.

Is there a minimum guest count?
No minimum! Our basic 2-hour buffet with pizza + salad serves up to 50 guests. Smaller groups are welcome, though minimum pricing applies.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving 3–6 months ahead, especially for June, August, and September. Last-minute dates may be possible — just ask!

How do we book?
Fill out our contact page or email your date, location, and headcount. We’ll respond quickly with next steps and a proposal.

Deposit & cancellation?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date with 30+ days’ notice.

2) Menu & Service

Our menu highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and farm-to-table flavors. Guests enjoy rotating artisan pizzas, fresh greens salad, and customizable add-ons — from appetizers and desserts to bar service. We cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly diets.

What’s included in a typical package?

  • Four rotating artisan pizzas including our signature Margherita

  • Local greens salad with tahini balsamic vinaigrette

  • Full setup, staffing, and service

  • Compostable, eco-friendly serving ware

  • Optional add-ons: appetizers, desserts, coffee, bar service, bussing & cleanup, and more

Margherita, Bee Sting, Arugula & Fig, Herbal & Funghi though it is hard to decide!

Can we customize the menu?
Absolutely! Pick from seasonal favorites or create your own combinations. Many hosts mix classics with creative seasonal toppings.

Dietary accommodations?
We craft vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free pizzas with advance notice (please note the GF pizzas are not suitable for those with celiac as our kitchen is not GF.) We also accommodate food allergies — just share details ahead of time.

Do you offer bar service?
Yes! Beer, wine, and cider from Hudson Valley producers, with a bartender, seltzers, water, cups, ice, and four hours of service.

3) Weddings & Large Events

Do you cater weddings? How does it work?
Weddings are our specialty! We arrive ~2 hours before service, then bake and serve pizza continuously buffet-style for 2 hours. Guests grab slices at their own pace — casual and social.

How many guests can you serve?
One oven serves up to 200 guests.

Indoor, off-grid, or rainy events?

  • Outdoor setup is required, but we can deliver pizzas inside via a food runner

  • We cater at farms, vineyards, venues and private properties with access to electricity (or generator)

  • Covered kitchen setup protects against rain

Do you collaborate with local farms, venues, or planners?
Yes! We work with local farms, wineries, and venues to create seamless events, and we’re happy to coordinate with your planner too.

4) Logistics & Setup

What does your setup need?
A flat, level space ~40 ft x 10 ft with safe access for guests.

Electricity or water required?
Access to a standard outlet within 100 ft; no water hookup needed.

How early do you arrive?
1.5–2 hours before service to prep, fire up the oven, and serve on time.

5) About the Pizza

What makes your pizza special?
Slow-fermented sourdough, aged two days, baked in a 900°F wood-fired oven for smoky, bubbly crusts. Seasonal, locally sourced toppings give every bite a unique and unforgettable flavor.

Are your ingredients local?
Yes! We partner with local farms and vendors for vegetables, cheeses, and meats whenever possible. Supporting locally grown food and NY businesses is part of what makes our pizza truly Hudson Valley.

How is your pizza different from traditional catering pizza?
Wood-fired heat and naturally fermented dough create a flavor, texture, and crust that no standard oven can replicate.
