From small private parties to corporate events and weddings, we can truck over our mobile wood fired pizza oven anywhere throughout the Hudson Valley, Westchester, western CT, and western MA.

We take our environmental impact seriously- our pizza oven is sustainably heated with local hardwood and our original pick-up truck runs on used veggie oil!

We continuously bake your selection of artisanal pizzas, serving them by the slice over a 2 hour period. All packages include an endless salad with local Hudson Valley greens and homemade dressing.

With catering packages starting at $2000, our buffet style catering services are a truly affordable food option for your wedding, party or event!

 
 

BUILD YOUR DREAM CATERING PACKAGE:

Choose your 3 favorite pies from our delicious menu (or create your own pies) and we’ll also serve margherita pies, so that’s 4 pie choices in total. We’ll continuously bake your pre-selected pies, and guests will pick up slices from our front buffet table.

$35 per guest includes unlimited slices and organic local mixed greens salad, over a 2 hour service time. (read on!)
Our minimum event rate is $2000, which will serve up to 57 guests pizza and salad. Above 57 guests, the base rate is $35 per guest, while for smaller parties the per person rate will be higher due to the minimum event rate of $2000. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date. For small parties, at our discretion, we can offer 1 free menu item excluding the antipasto platter.

Sales tax and optional gratuity are not included. We will provide eco friendly disposable serving ware for all items unless you’d like to provide your own. Our set up requires 40ft of flat ground (dry grass is fine), and our only electrical need is to have an outlet within 100ft to plug in a light for our workspace. We’ll arrive 1.5 hours ahead of time to set up our workspace which includes our front buffet table.

Our antipasto grazing table includes a wide array of meats, cheeses, spreads, dips, olives, crackers, veggies and fruits, and can be customized to your liking - e.g. can be made vegetarian or gluten free.
